Safe for celiacs 🥳 As someone with celiac disease (and not the “oops-too-much-cake-tummy-ache” kind) but the hospitalized-from-cross-contamination kind: I was extremely hesitant the first time I saw their products. The packaging clearly says contains gluten, which for a celiac is basically the equivalent of a flashing red warning sign. But here’s the twist: after trying it myself (and living to tell the tale 😅), I can say with 100% certainty that their products are safe for me to eat. And I’m not alone, loads of other celiac patients use their products without issue. Their “vital gluten” is processed differently. In short, it’s stripped of starches, sugars, and FODMAPs - the usual culprits behind inflammation. What’s left is pure plant protein that works as a binder (instead of eggs) and doesn’t trigger the same reaction. If you want the science-y breakdown, check out Beyond Celiac’s article on FODMAPs. But the simple version: it’s not the gluten protein itself that causes the chaos, it’s the sugars and starches attached to it. Now, let’s talk taste, because safe doesn’t mean boring 🍩 My personal favorites are the vetkoek, donuts, cheese sticks and pies amongst other things 🤤 Unlike many “gluten-free” products that taste like dry pumpkin starch or bird seed, these actually taste like real food. You won’t feel like you’re chewing on cardboard in the name of health. And then the staff 🥹 They are genuinely welcoming. They’ll happily explain the process, answer your questions, and even let you taste before you buy. Plus, they always have specials running, which makes stocking up and freezing extras even sweeter. If you’re celiac and skeptical (like I was), I get it. But speaking from lived experience, these products are safe, delicious, and made by people who care. It’s rare to find a brand that combines science, flavour, and hospitality this well. Well, well, well....You have started something.... Like your products....bought some items at the Willowbridge 'Market Day' Only problem is is that the large retailers dont offer your products as online shopping options. I have to physically go to a physical retail location to see what products they might actually sell. Even though you have a fair amount of product lines, I can not be guaranteed that when I get to a retailer, that they will stock the specific product I am looking for.

I love the low carb bread it helps me a lot on my journey, it's a no guilt bread. I always go for bread when wanting to eat something that will be made fast and being so busy I don't have to count the slices I eat. The tast and texture is good and it can last a long time. The bread does not tast wet after defrosting. And the best of all it defrost on its own under an hour which is a bonus for me
