Due to the perishable nature of our products, they need to be frozen as soon as possible after receiving, whether via delivery or purchasing in store.

Because of this reason, we are only able to offer a refund/replacement products if you *let us know within 24 hours of receiving the product as we can not take responsibility for the product after it has been delivered (and potentially, not kept frozen).

We also offer this same policy on any products that you received that are badly damaged by courier or are subpar on quality.

Replacement products, if deemed necessary, will only be able to be sent to you along with your following order as courier and packaging costs are an additional expense, and we can not just send 1 or 2 items on it’s own
