Ingredients: Sunflower Seeds, sesame seeds, oats, macadamia and / or almonds, vital gluten, salt, erythritol, eggs, water, seasoning.
Allergens: Nuts, Gluten, Oats
Storage: Up to 6 months shelf life
Instructions To Use: Boil like normal pasta. 12 to 15 minutes. No need to add oil, just add some salt to the water. Strain excess water. Let the pasta simmer in the pasta sauce for 2 mins after it is boiled.
